Participation Expectations
Surveys are conducted monthly. We need your consistent participation and will reward your commitment. You can participate either online or via a paper journal mailed to you each month. We know you’re busy. You can choose surveys in which you wish to participate and how you want to complete them during registration.

The time is takes to complete each survey during the month varies from survey to survey based on your level of activity that month. It can take as little as 10 minutes or as much as an hour. Please consider your schedule when choosing which survey(s) you wish to participate. Points are awarded based on the time it takes to complete the surveys.

Surveys
The surveys available for your participation may include the following:

For Physicians:

ePromotion:

• Share your impressions and experiences with online pharmaceutical promotion directed toward you (rather than patients).
• Earn 1,000 points with each monthly ePromotion survey completed.
• You receive this survey in the middle of each month to report on that month’s promotional activity.
• Anticipated time to complete each month: 10 to 15 minutes

Personal (Pharmaceutical Representative) Selling Audit and Hospital Personal Selling Audit:

• Provide detailed data on pharmaceutical representative visits made to you and any subsequent sales, whether you’re an office-based or hospital-based physician.
• This survey is conducted monthly and you will earn 1,700 points upon completion.
• Each month you will report on an entire week’s detailing activity. The week in which you report will be assigned randomly and will change from month to month.
• Anticipated time to complete each month: 10 to 15 minutes

Physician Meeting & Event Audit:

• Help us track event volume, spending, attendees and topics by sharing information about the events and meetings you attend.
• Your feedback will help identify the specific information you would like to see incorporated into future pharmaceutical company-sponsored events.
• Each time you complete this monthly survey, you will accumulate 1,700 points.
• You will receive this survey in the middle of each month to report on that month’s meeting and event activity.
• Anticipated time to complete each month: 10 to 15 minutes

Physician Drug and Diagnosis Audit:

• Offer insight into patient visits and your prescribing habits.
• The important data you provide in this survey allows the pharmaceutical industry to better direct its drug research efforts.
• For your valuable time, you will receive 3,400 points with each monthly survey completed.
• You will report one working day per month. The week in which you will be required to report will be pre-assigned, but you get to choose which day of that week you would like to report.
• Anticipated time to complete each month: 45 to 60 minutes

For Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants:

• Track pharmaceutical sales calls and activity directed specifically at you.
• This audit is conducted monthly and you will earn 1,700 points upon completion.
• Each month you will report on an entire week’s detailing activity. The week in which you report will be assigned randomly and will change from month to month.
• Anticipated time to complete each month: 10 to 15 minutes
